I lived here for a year and have never had any problems. The apartment came with nice new appliances and was newly renovated. It was everything you need from an apartment. The staff was always nice and willing to help. Cameron, Aeisha and Joe are all great and always helped when needed. Great customer service and being within walking distance to many great parks, restaurants and the beach make this place an awesome place to live.

18 years SVT has been my address.
Plain and simple...I (we) love it. My fiancée has 10 years experience herself now, and our rescue doggos have 3 and 5 each.
Yes, SVT is a pet friendly community.
Feels like an old-school residence with plenty of new and improved updates.
New ownership jumped right in and began upgrading. Everything. Inside and out.
Sure, upgrades and improvements come with issues and inconvenience, but the efforts our residential management team make it okay. And, you can count on them. All that they provide makes this a wonderful community and residence to live in. Plus, the property is clean and well maintained because the services of Joel and Jose whom are constantly working on something to keep this place in the best condition possible.
The amenities are great too; beautifully remodeled and upgraded swimming pool with comfortable lounging/sun bathing area. The upgraded rooftop social lounges with amazing views. Did I mention Pet Friendly. Accessible and convenient laundry rooms, subterranean parking, beautiful entryway, clean and secure.
Now, being an older resident, I have an older apartment, but I've been in plenty of the newly remodeled apartments, and they are two thumbs up. Love the hardwood floors. Very nice.
When it comes to neighborhoods, what could be better. Short walk to the beach, Palisades Park and the famed Santa Monica stairs for a healthy workout, and you have all of San Vicente Blvd island if you're a runner/jogger/walker.
Easy access to PCH and 10Fwy, and everything else is minutes away.
If you like the beach, like a quieter side of town, or just want to live in a really beautiful space, I recommend SVT.

Such a wonderful place to live!! My fiancé and I have lived here together for 7+ years (he’s been here 14+ years) and we absolutely love it. Of course, you can’t beat the incredible location, walking distance from everything but secluded enough from the bustle of downtown SaMo. We have great neighbors, many who have turned into lifelong friends.
Additionally, the recent renovations have also been a wonderful upgrade to an old yet historic apartment building. And the building management and team are AWESOME! Seriously, they really go above and beyond to make sure residents are safe, informed, and comfortable. We feel very lucky to live here. 🙂

The building and the management are awesome. The only thing difficult in the building is the residence? They’re always being difficult with management and with each other once they don’t get what they want, they go ballistic make a circus. but they are a few residence. They’re awesome and they care for each other also management and for this building.

What a circus this place's management office is. The property manager is only in on Monday & Friday, 40% of the working week. They have a lackadaisical attitude toward any tenant inquiry and likely will not bother to return your voicemails. Only way to get any sort of traction on an issue is to babysit their progress by showing up at the office consistently.

Took 3 months to fully compensate me for my (legally owed) security deposit (their allotted time prescribed by the lease was 20 days), and the only reason they capitulated to complying was due to my threatening to sue their parent company (Greystar).

Don't waste your time with these unprofessional scam artists. Stay away from San Vicente Tower & Greystar Management.
