Terrible hostel, absolutely terrible customer service and ethics, they nickel and dime you for everything, and will not refund you anything even when it’s there own fault. Every person I’ve spoken to backpacking Europe have all mentioned has horrible this location is in Berlin.

Good bar. But good luck sleeping before 2 am. Thin walls and the music blast through them all night. I don’t know how they could combined bar and hostel it is disrespectful to the people who pay to sleep here. Don’t expect to go to bed.

I was so appreciative of the staff. They were able to provide me a recliner to sleep in, since I am not able to lay on a bed.
There was a wonderful assortment
of coffee, tea and hot chocolate to drink.
The room heat worked great, and my husband slept soundly on the bed.
A cozy home away from home.

The staff is more than helpful. The lady at the desk is everywhere at once! She is answering our questions, checking people in, cleaning rooms. I have been here for over a week and have been impressed with the many kindnesses shown to me and the others who are staying here. What a blessing.

We set up several reservations as my husband is fighting cancer. when we arrived at about 4:45pm on august 10th. We got our key cards and parking lot pass out of a lock box, there was no one at the front desk. We parked the car unloaded all of our bags in the rain. When we tried to get into the building the key did not work, we then called the phone number on the door it was security, I explained the issue and in about 20 minuets a security guy showed up, he tried our cards to find they still were not working, he was able to let us into our room but we had no way to leave unless I wanted to wait 20 minuets. I called the main office on Aug. 12 to speak to someone about the problem we had, no one was there so I left a message. A few hours latter I got a call, this lady was so rude not one time did she say sorry for the mix up nothing !! I had two other reservations I canceled because she was so RUDE!!!!! The rooms are small but clean.. It's a shame they have absolutely no idea what customer service is !!! We will never stay there again

Great place to stay when visiting loved one in the hospital. Price is good. Room was immaculate. It is a basic accommodation, but quite adequate. Nice to have a little kitchen area and laundry room. Neighborhood is quiet.
